The Art of Interiors was created by Marjorie Charter in 2008 in a village in the Hertfordshire countryside. Marjorie has had years of experience of interior design but working from home. She decided to turn a 15th century building into her studio and The Art of Interiors was born. The studio is where most of the work is done and where most of the creative ideas come to fruition.
The Art of Interiors commissions are local, national and international. They range from a 1 bedroom apartment in the local town to a Manor House in Essex and a Chateau in the South of France. It is literally a case of 'no job is too small and no project is too big' but additionally a case of no home does not deserve the 'Art of Interiors' touch. You can simply order fabric and make your own curtains or have Marjorie and her team create the interior of a house as they did for each bedroom of an exclusive hotel in France.
